VisionBoard is a vision board for iPhone and the web. Without sync, your board never leaves your device. Sync is off until you turn it on.
On your device
- Your clippings (photos, goals, links, styles) and settings are stored on your iPhone or in your browser.
- Daily reminders on iPhone are local notifications scheduled on the device. They need no server.
- Things you send from the share sheet are kept in the app's own storage until the app places them on the board.
When you turn on sync
Sync lets the same board open on the web and on your phone. When it is on:
- The board (its items, text and layout) and its images are uploaded to our sync service, which runs on Cloudflare (D1 database and R2 storage).
- Each board is identified by a secret sync key that lives in your link and QR code. We store only a hash of that key, never the key itself.
- Anyone who has your link or QR code can open and edit the board. Share it only with people you trust.
- If you turn on web reminders, we store the browser's push subscription, your time zone and the hour you picked, so we can send the reminder.
- Deleting the synced board from Settings removes the board, its images and its reminder subscriptions from our servers.
Network requests you start
- Sharing a link to VisionBoard fetches that page's preview and image from the site you shared.
- Scanning a QR code uses the camera only while the scanner is open. Nothing from the camera is saved or sent except the code it reads.
Analytics
The iPhone app has no analytics, ads or tracking. The web version uses Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies.

No necesitan servidor.
